The school have several support programs that are led by parents like you. This is also a great opportunity for parents to be involved in the NDS community life and volunteer. As published under the Parent Guild page the following are the upcoming events and fundraisers:
Parent Guild Events
F.A.N.T.A.S.Y. - Saturday, May 21st
In addition to our special events, these ongoing fundraisers generate funds for our school.
SCRIP Chairperson: Kathy Lynn
Buy SCRIP and raise money for NDS at no additional cost to you! Every NDS family must buy at least $2,000 in SCRIP. This does NOT include EScrip or Nugget Scrip cards. The percentage the merchant gives back to the school is deducted from your fundraising balance.
50/50 - Chairperson: Crista Hill
Anyone can join for a chance to win one of three monthly drawings for cash prizes. The membership costs $100/year or $10/month and $50.00 is applied to your fundraising obligation!
Friends and Family - Chairperson: Angela Williamson
Several family owned businesses have generously offered to make donations to NDS in return for your patronage. Each business has an individualized donation plan, and their contribution applies to your annual fundraising obligation!
Box Tops/Soup Labels - Chairperson: Liz Sanchez
Start collecting your box tops and Campbell soup labels. Our class contests have begun, so let's see who has the discipline to take that extra step for NDS! The money we raise provides teachers with opportunities to further enhance their curriculum and the winning class will receive a prize!
