NDS Application Form 2011-2012
- Kindergarten: A child may be admitted into kindergarten that is 5 years of age on or before December 2nd of the current school year.
- First Grade: A child may be admitted into first grade that is 6 years of age on or before December 2nd of the current school year.
Note:
Submission of the application form does not guarantee entrance to NDS. Parents of applicants will be notified after the faculty and principal have evaluated the applicant's records. NDS is a Catholic School; priority for admission will be given to Parishioners of St. Joseph and St. Mary's children.
